About the Role
Crédit Agricole des Régions du Centre is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance on their financial needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire and retain clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with colleagues to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our services and offerings
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in sales and customer service. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. You will also have a strong understanding of financial products and services, and be able to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, finance, marketing)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and customer service
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
