Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team at Easy Recrutement. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the accounting function.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Manage the company's financial planning and budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
  • Manage the company's relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
