Key Responsibilities- Define investment budgets in collaboration with the Finance – Grid Controlling department, based on new regulations and guidelines.
- Establish standardized pricing for tasks and activities, and create multi-year budgets based on national development plans.
- Implement tools and reporting systems for tracking quantities and costs of completed work, and justify and formalize any discrepancies.
- Review and update task prices annually, based on new regulations and internal KPIs, with a solid justification.
- Support senior management in preparing documents for the board of directors and CMC meetings.
- Consolidate investment needs with the Grid Planning team and Operations Centers, based on national development plans and asset replacement strategies.
- Participate in creating statistical reports (annual report, activity report, ILR statistics, etc.) and end-of-year reports.
- Assist the Asset Management team in executing standard tasks as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Proactive, rigorous, analytical, precise, and autonomous in task execution.
- Technical knowledge and proficiency in using technical vocabulary.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in SAP/BI and office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Fluency in Luxembourgish, French, German, and English.
