Mission

L'équipe de la Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) est chargée de l'évaluation de l'adéquation des systèmes de gestion des risques mis en place par les gestionnaires de fonds d'investissement et les fonds de pension.

Vous serez en charge de l'évaluation de l'adéquation des méthodes de gestion des risques mises en place par les gestionnaires de fonds d'investissement par rapport aux dispositions réglementaires applicables.

Rôle et responsabilités
  • Participer aux revues des systèmes de gestion des risques mis en place par les sociétés de gestion/AIFMs
  • Préparer et participer ponctuellement aux missions de contrôle sur place des processus de gestion des risques auprès des entités surveillées
  • Apporter conseil et support dans le traitement de dossiers d'instruction d'OPCVM et de fonds d'investissement alternatifs présentant notamment des stratégies d'investissement complexes et/ou des risques particuliers
  • Interactions avec les responsables/spécialistes des entités surveillées
  • Participer au développement ou à l'amélioration des méthodes de supervision des risques
Votre profil
  • Master/doctorat en sciences économiques, finance, mathématiques, et/ou en droit
  • Une bonne compréhension des instruments financiers, de la finance quantitative, des méthodes de gestion des risques (e.g. la Value-at-Risk), ainsi que les risques liés aux instruments financiers complexes
  • Expérience professionnelle, idéalement d'au moins 5 années, en salle des marchés, ou d'analyste des risques au sein d'une institution financière de préférence une société de gestion.
  • Bonnes connaissances du cadre réglementaire (OPCVM, AIFMD, CESR/ESMA guidelines)
  • Parfaite maîtrise à l'écrit et à l'oral de l'anglais, et du français et/ou de l'allemand. Le luxembourgeois constitue un atout
  • Capacité de travailler de façon autonome et au sein d'une équipe
  • Esprit de synthèse, rigueur de travail et aisance pour traiter des questions complexes de manière efficace et en profondeur, en faisant preuve d'un grand sens de la précision
  • Esprit d'analyse critique, bonne capacité organisationnelle, et très bonnes capacités de communication à l'écrit et à l'oral
