Sales Support Specialist

As a Sales Support Specialist at Flexis, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our Key Account Managers with structuring, managing, and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and support, while driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Key Account Managers in managing relationships with key clients in the EV and mobility sectors.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support KAMs in identifying new business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Interface management: support updates, follow-up, and module evolutions.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with relevant client information.
  • Coordinate and schedule regular meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients.

Sales Support Activities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Support the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
  • Contribute to Sales processes creation, maintenance, and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the EV or mobility sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluent English and French language skills.
