Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at AudioCodes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, building relationships with customers, and working closely with them to help achieve their business goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts with a focus on renewals and upsells conversations
  • Working closely with customers to help them change their workplace and achieve their business goals
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, strategic account planning, and promoting internal advocacy
  • Protecting existing revenue streams, identifying opportunities and risks, and meeting net retention and CSAT/NPS KPIs through data-driven analysis, planning, and execution

Requirements include:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and Tools (Excel, PPT, OneNote)
  • Experience working with Salesforce and Web-based technologies
  • Full command of the English language
  • Fluent in two or more of the languages: Dutch, Italian, German, French
