Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Risk Analyst to join our team at ENGIE Global Energy Management & Sales. As a key member of our quantitative analyst team, you will work on financial modeling and IT development, focusing on stochastic pricing models, XVA, VaR, SVaR, and CVaR.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement stochastic pricing models in C# and Python
  • Design and improve risk models to implement in the risk engine
  • Interact with the risk team and trading team to understand problems and propose solutions
  • Work with the IT team to implement risk engine solutions
  • Develop and test models in Python and C#

Requirements

  • Master's or PhD degree in Financial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or Computer Sciences
  • At least 3 years of experience as a quantitative analyst in pricing and risk modeling
  • Strong knowledge of stochastic models, statistics, and object-oriented programming
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services or other big data environments is a plus
