Fleet Administrator Role
As part of the Fleet & Asset Department at Altrad, we are seeking a skilled Administrator to support the team. The successful candidate will be based at our Goldthorpe office and will report into the UK Fleet Manager.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting the fleet team in maintaining compliance across a varied fleet of vehicles.
- Using software packages such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Access to produce correspondence, documents, and maintain records, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Managing the driver authorisation systems.
- Compiling monthly reports for managers and directors.
- Updating the fleet driver system to reduce non-conformities.
- Issuing drivers packs, fine notifications, and ensuring RFL is valid.
- Controlling vehicle movements across the business to ensure utilisation is maintained.
- Liaising with regional offices to ensure 6 weekly inspections are completed and uploaded.
- Organizing and storing paperwork, documents, and computer-based information.
- Photocopying and printing various documents on behalf of other colleagues.
