Depuis 1850, Robertet explore des émotions olfactives uniques et élabore des parfums de haute qualité. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Marketing Manager Fine Fragrance Junior H/F pour rejoindre notre équipe marketing parfumerie.

Missions
  • Veille marché : Analyse approfondie des tendances de la Fine Fragrance.
  • Étude de marchés et de tendances : Identification des tendances olfactives, des nouvelles attentes des consommateurs et des nouvelles tendances marketing du marché.
  • Création de supports impactants et innovants : Développement de présentations et autres supports visuels attractifs et pertinents.
  • Élaboration de présentations clients sur mesure : Création de story-tellings marketings qui mettent en avant l'originalité et la qualité des créations, adaptées aux spécificités de chaque client.
  • Élaboration d'initiatives proactives : Conception de présentations autour des tendances émergentes et de soumissions olfactives.
  • Gestion de projets : Gestion de projets (incl. Événements) internes sur la Fine Fragrance, ou pour des clients spécifiques.
Qualifications requises
  • Formation marketing Bac +5 et au moins 2 ans d'expérience en marketing, en maison de création, marque, ou agence marketing.
  • Passion pour le parfum, expertise sur la catégorie Fine Fragrance, connaissance du marché et de ses acteurs.
  • Grande créativité, sens esthétique et curiosité (culture, art, design, mode...) développés.
  • Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse.
  • Parfaite maîtrise de l'anglais, écrit et oral, requise.
  • Compétences rédactionnelles et aisance orale.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets à la fois, et ce, avec plusieurs interlocuteurs internes et/ou externes.
  • Rigueur, réactivité, autonomie.
  • Esprit d'équipe et collaboration.
  • Maîtrise des outils Office, Canva/Suite Adobe est un plus.
