Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for client acquisition and portfolio expansion, encompassing market research, sales planning, and targeted events.
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, needs analysis, customized proposals, and effective client communication. Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and budget oversight.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering loyalty. Proactively identify opportunities to promote CESI's comprehensive offerings to enhance client value.
- Represent CESI at industry conferences, professional networks, and online platforms to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
- Track sales performance metrics, collaborate with support staff, and continuously analyze and refine sales strategies for optimal results.
