Job Summary:

As a Business Development Manager at GTT Communications, Inc., you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion within assigned regions or industries. Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and execute sales strategies to achieve maximum results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans and initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

Requirements:

3+ years of sales experience in a business development or account management role
Proven track record of sales growth and revenue expansion
Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
