Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a wide variety of strategic and operational projects to improve the competitive business models.
  • Analyse markets/sectors and present to consultants regarding their communication with the clients.
  • Build market intelligence on missions and business development related topics.
  • Help in driving, planning, and organizing strategic projects.
  • Develop new global opportunities along with the team of Consultants.

Additionally, you will work on transversal projects as an:

International Recruitment Specialist

  • Identify and approach potential candidates.
  • Analyse and evaluate candidates' qualifications.
  • Proactive cold calling to leverage data and opportunities.
  • Perform phone interviews with best practices, refine processes and build diverse candidate talent pools.
  • Present top-notch candidates for our consultants.
  • Manage the full cycle from creative sourcing to complete closing.
  • Identify opportunities and challenges to improve our direct approach and drive meaningful missions.

Your ability to integrate our methodology, combined with your results, will allow us to consider an evolution towards a permanent position.

Requirements:

  • You're a student in BAC + 4/5 business school or university.
  • Internship of 6 months duration for a gap year or end of the study.
  • We are looking for someone who is curious, analytical, rigorous, supportive, sensitive to business & international environments, and adaptability to manage a multitude of varied subjects.
  • English is second nature to you.
  • You are an autonomous, team player, solution/result-oriented, entrepreneurial, creative.
  • You are open to the possibility of a full-time position in executive recruitment upon the completion of your stage.
