Your Role:

As a vital member of the accounting team at our Lisses agency, your primary responsibility will be to execute accounting entries (either maintenance or revision) for a diverse clientele, ensuring adherence to deadlines and In Extenso's high standards while enhancing the firm's reputation.

In collaboration with a team of associates under your guidance, you will undertake tasks such as:

  • Executing accounting entries,
  • Preparing routine and tax declarations, including VAT,
  • Conducting bank and account reconciliations,
  • Performing account analyses,
  • Generating monthly reports,
  • Analyzing and justifying financial statements,
  • Linking accounting with legal and social considerations,
  • And more.

You will maintain up-to-date knowledge, meet deadlines independently, and adhere to In Extenso's established procedures and standards. Effective communication of any challenges or delays to your team is essential.

Client Relations:

Your role is crucial in fostering strong client relationships by mastering client operations and ensuring prompt responses to inquiries.

Your Profile:

You possess at least a Bachelor's degree (DCG, DSCG, etc.) and have a minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a similar role, ideally within an accounting firm.

Your strengths include precision, organizational skills, and dependable results.

Strong communication abilities enable you to establish credibility across various scenarios.

You are adept with digital tools, quickly adapt to new technologies, and incorporate them into your workflow.

Teamwork is one of your strong suits, demonstrating solidarity, cohesion, and a positive demeanor.
