About In Extenso:

In Extenso is a prominent network of professional accountants and advisors dedicated to supporting small and medium-sized enterprises across France. Established in 1991, we operate through 250 agencies, providing comprehensive assistance to business leaders at every stage of their journey.

Your Role:

As a vital member of the accounting team, your primary responsibility will be to execute accounting entries (maintenance or revision) for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring adherence to deadlines and In Extenso's high standards while fostering a positive representation of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing accounting entries,
  • Preparing routine declarations, including tax and VAT submissions,
  • Conducting bank and account reconciliations,
  • Analyzing accounts,
  • Generating monthly reports,
  • Justifying and analyzing balance sheets and income statements,
  • Linking accounting with legal and social considerations,
  • And additional related tasks.

You will maintain your expertise, meet deadlines independently, and operate in accordance with In Extenso's established procedures. It is essential to communicate any challenges or delays to your colleagues promptly.

Client Relations:

Maintaining excellent relationships with clients is crucial. You will master client activities and organizational structures, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries.

Your Profile:

You possess at least a Bachelor's degree (DCG, DSCG, etc.) and have a minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a similar role, ideally within an accounting firm.

Your strengths include precision, strong organizational skills, and dependable outputs. You have excellent communication abilities, enabling you to establish credibility in various contexts.

Proficiency with digital tools is essential, as is the ability to adapt to new technologies and integrate them into your workflow. You thrive in collaborative environments, demonstrating solidarity, cohesion, and a positive mindset.
