Job Summary:

NetApp is seeking a highly skilled HR Program and Transformation Manager to join our EMEA HR team. This role will play a critical part in delivering our Talent Management strategy and execution, working closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to drive key talent initiatives and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy and Design:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the EMEA region and HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Management, Learning & Development).
  • Collaborate with COEs to customize and roll out programs that reflect the specific cultural, legal, and operational nuances of the EMEA region.
  • Ensure that best practices and innovations from the region are shared with global teams and integrated into future initiatives.

Program Management & Delivery:

  • Support HRBPs in last-mile delivery of key HR initiatives across the EMEA region, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting on HR programs.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in the delivery of HR programs.
  • Stay current with HR trends and best practices, particularly within the EMEA region, to ensure that programs remain relevant and impactful.
  • Contribute to the development of HR frameworks and toolkits that can be leveraged across the organization.

Change Management:

  • Develop and execute change management plans to support the successful adoption of HR programs in the region.
  • Support HR and business leaders in understanding and implementing new initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of HR programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure continued success.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional HR teams, business leaders, and global HR CoEs.
  • Serve as the voice of the EMEA region in global HR forums, advocating for regional needs and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Regularly communicate program status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in last-mile delivery or logistics sectors. Multilingual capabilities, with proficiency in at least one other language spoken within the EMEA region.
