Join BOUCHERON S.A.S. as a Retail Excellence Manager and drive retail excellence across France and Southern Europe. As a key member of the France & Southern Europe Brand Director's team, you will oversee retail performance and operations, training, coaching, and managing the Retail Excellence team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational tools and guidelines to ensure efficient and consistent retail operations.
- Lead the Retail Excellence team to achieve operational excellence in all boutiques, working closely with Sales Operations Managers and Boutique Managers.
- Utilize retail excellence evaluation tools to improve consistency and singularity, including mystery shopping and voice of the client feedback.
- Design a global retail calendar to schedule projects aligned with retail rhythms.
- Support the preparation of High Jewelry presentations with VICs.
- Collaborate with the Brand Director to propose sales objectives and KPI targets across the internal and external boutiques network.
- Analyze KPIs and reports to identify priority actions and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement the yearly Boutique action plan process with the Brand Director and Europe Marketing & Communication team.
- Support the consolidation of market reports and presentations to HQ.
- Define and implement the training strategy for Retail Teams, ensuring 100% participation in both in-class and online training.
- Evaluate ongoing needs, gather feedback on training programs, and share them with Brand Directors and Global Training Team.
- Manage training budget and oversee training organization.
- Identify priority coaching needs with Field Coach and Store Directors based on evaluation tool results.
- 8-10 years of experience in retail excellence or retail management, with a minimum of 2 years in luxury retail store management.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in coaching and training team members.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bilingual English and French.
