Job Title: Influence & Social Media Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

As a key member of the ESP Ecole Supérieure de Publicité team, the Influence & Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and sales. This role will work closely with marketing, communications, and public relations teams to create engaging content on social media platforms and establish partnerships with relevant influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Negotiate and Manage Influencer Partnerships: Identify and partner with influencers who align with the brand's values and target audience.
  • Content Creation and Management: Develop and manage editorial calendars, create engaging content, and monitor performance metrics.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Project Management and Partnership Relations: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining strong relationships with influencers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media marketing, influencer marketing, and content creation.
  • Communication and Writing Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and presentations.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Project Management and Partnership Relations: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain strong relationships with influencers and stakeholders.

Education and Certifications:

A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, communications, or public relations, is required. A master's degree or certification in digital marketing or a related field is highly desirable.
