Vous possédez un diplôme Bac+5 en ingénierie, informatique ou dans une discipline similaire.
Vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans le domaine de l'industrie sur un rôle de support client, fournissant un support technique d'application, de dépannage et de diagnostic dans le domaine des produits de sécurité des réseaux et des données.
Vous détenez une expérience dans le domaine du Cloud Service et possédez des compétences en réseaux ainsi que sur les protocoles TCP/IP, IPv4, IPv6 et internet # TLS, API.
Vous parlez couramment anglais.
Des déplacements sur le territoire national ou à l'international sont à prévoir, ainsi que des astreintes.
Ce que nous pouvons accomplir ensemble :En tant que Consultant Technique du service client, vous fournirez une assistance technique aux clients et répondrez à des questions complexes sur le fonctionnement et l'utilisation de nos produits.
En outre, vous planifierez et mettrez en œuvre des changements dans les services à la clientèle.
Vous serez responsable de la gestion des attentes des clients, des livrables du projet et de la communication entre les équipes pendant le cycle de vie d'un incident client ou d'une demande de service ou de changement.
Au sein de notre business line Cloud Protection & Licensing, vos missions seront les suivantes :
- Être en support Technique aux dans les domaines de la fonctionnalité des produits et des erreurs de configuration.
- Mettre en œuvre les mises à jour du produit
- Comprendre l'environnement du client dans lequel les produits sont utilisés.
- Diagnostiquer les problématiques produit, interpréter et proposer des solutions
- Communiquer, examiner, mettre en œuvre les changements de configuration et assurer l'interface avec l'ingénierie
- Identifier et documenter les problèmes de manière cohérente et claire à l'aide d'outils de groupe
- Mettre en œuvre des correctifs pour minimiser le risque de problèmes inattendus et suivre les résolutions »
