We're looking for an experienced professional to lead our data center business development efforts in France and Belgium. As a key member of our Project and Development Services team, you'll be responsible for driving growth and expansion in this critical market.

About the Role:
You'll oversee sales and operations for our data center business, developing strategic relationships with clients and partners to drive new opportunities and revenue growth. You'll also manage a team of data center specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and expansion in the data center market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to identify new business opportunities and grow existing ones.
  • Manage a team of data center specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • A degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or equivalent.
  • Significant experience (10 years at least) in a similar role on data center projects management and as a team leader.
  • Strong technical and management background.
  • Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
  • International experience and fluent knowledge of French and English.
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, able to work independently and reliably.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent presentation, ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients.
