Job Overview

As WW Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Global Visual Merchandising Director to develop and implement seasonal and training guidelines for the entire Global network. This role requires strong communication and partnership-building skills to ensure compliance with these guidelines across the Retail/Wholesale network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of visual storytelling and guidelines.
  • Build partnerships with HQ departments to create a strong communication link and flow of information.
  • Ensure compliance on the VM Guidelines with the Retail/Wholesale network.
  • Participate in the testing of visual merchandising tools and implementation of Visual merchandising actions.
  • Guide and support store openings, VM layouts, and ordering VM tools from planning to execution.
  • Support special events, pop-ups, and other VM installations.
  • Support Showroom setup and preparations.
  • Promote the use of the Yoobic application to ensure clear communication in all regions into stores.

Requirements

A professional with minimum 8 years of relevant experience within the luxury & fashion industry.

Industry specialist with sound knowledge of the current market and consumer trends, excellent product sensitivity, analytical and numeracy skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized person with ability to work as a team player, prioritize workload to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to travel internationally frequently.
