Job Description

**Sales Manager - Business Growth**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Accor. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue across various market segments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials, including sales plans, proposals, and presentations.
  • Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and other industry events to build relationships and drive sales.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activity, including client interactions and sales performance.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

**Requirements:**

  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the hotel sector.
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
