About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Manager to drive sales growth within their assigned area. The successful candidate will identify and secure new business opportunities for INEOS Automotive, working closely with our dealer partner network.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of relationships with dealers in your area, analysing performance and driving improvement
- Implement area sales strategies to expand market presence, increase sales volume, and maximise profitability
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, distributors, and clients
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify business expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Report on sales performance and forecast trends

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
