We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help drive growth.

The role involves:

Responsibilities

Lead Generation

  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling and emailing
  • Source new sales leads and follow up on inbound inquiries

Sales Organization

  • Organize meetings and web demos for Market Managers
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest

Partnership Closing

  • Share best practices to increase lead generation efficiency

Performance Metrics

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPIs

Negotiation Support

  • Prepare and handle negotiations with potential partners

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Market Managers, Sales Ops, and Commercial team

Market Insights

  • Collect market feedback and present new business opportunities

Customer Interaction

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Identify business opportunities within the existing customer base

CRM Management

  • Process leads from customers within CRM and ensure Sales Excellence
  • Perform data entry and updates on CRM tools and databases
  • Update sales pipeline

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in sales
  • B2B sales experience preferably in SaaS, travel, or travel tech industry
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Strong phone presence with previous high-volume cold calling experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French
  • Hands-on experience with ERP or CRM systems
  • Multitasking skills with varied tasks
  • Passionate, committed, and results-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Self-motivated and hands-on with a true teamwork mentality

We offer a competitive salary package (€45,000 - €60,000 per annum), flexible work-from-home policy, and a dynamic work environment in the heart of Athens.
