Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Management professional to join our team at Microsoft. As an Account Management professional, you will be responsible for leading our most valued customers into the digital age.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with executives and business and technical decision makers at high levels of the customer's organization through consultative engagement.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of account plans utilizing common sales and delivery methodology for the Microsoft sales organization.
  • Think strategically about customer planning for assigned accounts, setting standards and priorities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience working in Retail and/or driving digital transformation.
  • 8+ years experience working in Retail, driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years account management experience OR equivalent.
