We are seeking a highly skilled Account Management professional to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for leading our most valued customers into the digital age.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with executives and business decision makers at high levels of the customer's organization.
- Proactively develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer's business and technology needs and priorities.
- Identify opportunities to drive optimizations and new business and technology solutions based on customer strategies.
- Present solutions and ideas based on customer insights and advocate on behalf of the customer internally.
- Lead new opportunities and orchestrate internal teams to accelerate the customer's digital transformation.
- 5+ years experience working in Retail and/or driving digital transformation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field and 3+ years experience working in Retail and/or driving digital transformation.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration and 2+ years experience working in Retail and/or driving digital transformation.
- 8+ years experience working in Retail, driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience.
- 3+ years account management experience or equivalent.
