Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager for the French market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the food ingredients industry, and a proven track record of growing existing key accounts and developing new ones.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow existing key accounts and develop new ones in the French market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including Danone, Nestle, Isigny, Symrise, and Lactalis.
  • Collaborate with the European sales network to achieve sales targets and expand the business in the French market.
  • Prepare and present key account strategies and budget status to the Director Sales EMEA.
  • Participate in international tradeshows and develop strategies to effectively promote the company's products.
  • Utilize CRM to track sales performance and customer interactions.
  • Support marketing campaigns and develop customer-specific presentations or product-specific presentations.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual with a Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, or life science. The ideal candidate will have proven B2B experience in sales, with a strong background in the food ingredients industry. Fluency in French is required, and a driving license is necessary for occasional travel.

Strong relationship building skills, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and collaboration skills are essential for this role. Excellent communication and presentation skills are also required to effectively manage client relationships and achieve sales targets.
