ADMR is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Assistants and/or Life Support Assistants. We provide essential support services to elderly and disabled individuals, fostering independence and improving their quality of life.

As a Home Care Assistant or Life Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting beneficiaries with daily tasks and activities, promoting their well-being and social engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and build meaningful relationships with beneficiaries.
  • Assist with household chores, including laundry, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
  • Accompany beneficiaries to appointments and social events.
  • Offer support with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting (for Life Support Assistants).
  • Engage in stimulating activities and encourage physical activity through walks and outings.
Requirements

We welcome both experienced and entry-level candidates.

  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others are crucial.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is highly valued.
  • For Life Support Assistants, a relevant diploma in healthcare or social care is required (ADVF, Health and Social Careers, ASSP Pro, CAP Childhood, AVS, AMP, AES, etc.).
