Culinary Expert for International Buffets

Club Med Group is seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team in Japan. As a Senior Cook, you will be responsible for preparing hot and cold buffets, cooking international cuisine, and attending to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing hot and cold buffets
  • Cooking international cuisine
  • Attending to our clients
  • Managing a team of kitchen assistants
  • Respecting and applying hygiene and safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years working experience as a cook
  • Diploma in Culinary arts or similar certification
  • English speaking

Contract Type: Temporary contract

Package: Seasonal contract with salary adapted to skills and experience, accommodation and meals provided by Club Med, and other advantages connected with our group.
