Culinary Expert for International Buffets
Club Med Group is seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team in Japan. As a Senior Cook, you will be responsible for preparing hot and cold buffets, cooking international cuisine, and attending to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing hot and cold buffets
- Cooking international cuisine
- Attending to our clients
- Managing a team of kitchen assistants
- Respecting and applying hygiene and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years working experience as a cook
- Diploma in Culinary arts or similar certification
- English speaking
Contract Type: Temporary contract
Package: Seasonal contract with salary adapted to skills and experience, accommodation and meals provided by Club Med, and other advantages connected with our group.
