Job Title: Pastry Chef - International Culinary Expert

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Pastry Chef to join our team at Club Med in Asia. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for producing high-quality pastries, leading a team of pastry cooks, and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing a variety of international pastries
  • Leading, training, and developing pastry cook assistants
  • Attending and decorating during buffets
  • Participating in menu creation
  • Preparing orders and administering stock
  • Ensuring the respect of Club Med's standards and the application of hygiene and safety procedures
  • Developing the skills of your staff by organizing training and formation

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or similar certification
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in the function and in team management
  • Knowledge of traditional pastry, catering, and Viennese breads

Contract Type: 12 months contract

Package: Seasonal contract with salary adapted to skills and experience, accommodation, and meals provided by Club Med.
