Job Title: Pastry Chef - International Culinary Expert
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Pastry Chef to join our team at Club Med in Asia. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for producing high-quality pastries, leading a team of pastry cooks, and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing a variety of international pastries
- Leading, training, and developing pastry cook assistants
- Attending and decorating during buffets
- Participating in menu creation
- Preparing orders and administering stock
- Ensuring the respect of Club Med's standards and the application of hygiene and safety procedures
- Developing the skills of your staff by organizing training and formation
Requirements:
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or similar certification
- Fluent in English
- Experience in the function and in team management
- Knowledge of traditional pastry, catering, and Viennese breads
Contract Type: 12 months contract
Package: Seasonal contract with salary adapted to skills and experience, accommodation, and meals provided by Club Med.
