Culinary Expert

Be part of our talented Culinary team as a key player in the kitchen at the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort and Spa. Located in Greater Palm Springs, this property is undergoing a property-wide renovation and upbranding from Regency to Grand. As a Culinary Expert, you will be responsible for preparing soups, sauces, stocks, and other dishes to the highest standards. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills, including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, and broiling. This person may be required to give direction in the supervisor's absence. The pay rate for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 hourly.
