About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Hedging Manager to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our sales and trading team, you will be responsible for identifying and executing hedging and options strategies for our corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver options products and sales training to internal stakeholders.
- Deliver currency hedge and options marketing collateral and initiatives.
- Identify hedging and options methods and sources that clients can use to implement FX options strategies.
- Establish, secure, and manage relationships with existing and potential hedging and options clients.
- Manage directly the upsell process for existing clients, including desk-based pricing through face-to-face selling.
- Suggest restructured solutions for our existing clients and provide tailored solutions to them.
- Review economic and financial data and act as the primary branch/client source of foreign exchange market knowledge.
- Manage and cultivate client's loyalty through proactive phone calls, answering queries, etc.
- Process deals and ensure the settlement of all booked transactions.
- Assist in prospecting new business, including outbound sales calls.
- Monitor account performance and activity for client's portfolios and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Ability to thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a similar function is required, with at least 5 years in a B2B solutions sales within the financial services industry (Banking).
- Experience working in a KPI-driven environment.
- An extensive understanding of the FX market and products.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, confident with high integrity and tenacity to outperform the competition.
- Financially astute with knowledge of business needs and concerns and able to demonstrate success in new business sales in a dynamic environment consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to motivate and lead by example.
- Fluent in French is required, and English is desirable.
