About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Hedging Manager to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our sales and trading team, you will be responsible for identifying and executing hedging and options strategies for our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver options products and sales training to internal stakeholders.
  2. Deliver currency hedge and options marketing collateral and initiatives.
  3. Identify hedging and options methods and sources that clients can use to implement FX options strategies.
  4. Establish, secure, and manage relationships with existing and potential hedging and options clients.
  5. Manage directly the upsell process for existing clients, including desk-based pricing through face-to-face selling.
  6. Suggest restructured solutions for our existing clients and provide tailored solutions to them.
  7. Review economic and financial data and act as the primary branch/client source of foreign exchange market knowledge.
  8. Manage and cultivate client's loyalty through proactive phone calls, answering queries, etc.
  9. Process deals and ensure the settlement of all booked transactions.
  10. Assist in prospecting new business, including outbound sales calls.
  11. Monitor account performance and activity for client's portfolios and forecasts.

Requirements:

  1. Ability to thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment.
  2. Previous experience in a similar function is required, with at least 5 years in a B2B solutions sales within the financial services industry (Banking).
  3. Experience working in a KPI-driven environment.
  4. An extensive understanding of the FX market and products.
  5. Ambitious, self-motivated, confident with high integrity and tenacity to outperform the competition.
  6. Financially astute with knowledge of business needs and concerns and able to demonstrate success in new business sales in a dynamic environment consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
  7. Strong time management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  8. Ability to motivate and lead by example.
  9. Fluent in French is required, and English is desirable.
