About the Role:

Akalis is seeking a skilled Accounting Assistant to join our team. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our company by managing our revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Management: Prepare and send invoices to clients, and follow up on payments to ensure timely receipt.
  • Payment Tracking: Monitor and record payments received from clients, and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Client Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, including contact details and payment history.
  • Vendor Invoice Management: Receive, review, and process invoices from vendors, and ensure timely payment.
  • Client Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve any client complaints or issues related to billing or payments.

Requirements:

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records and transactions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide support.
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software: Experience with accounting software, such as Excel, to manage financial data and reports.
