Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in Dinard, France. As a key member of our Global Key Accounts department, you will be responsible for ensuring the complete after-sales cycle for our new major clients, in line with the company's strategy and policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integration of new major clients: You will ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, laying the foundations for future collaboration and relationships, while also considering legal aspects.
  • Main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders: You will be the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring transparent integration in accordance with the contract and identifying potential issues to offer solutions or process adjustments.
  • Adaptation of offers based on client feedback and operational information: With the support of local teams in various departments and countries, you will adapt our offers based on client feedback and operational information.
  • Regular meetings to evaluate service quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitoring, analysis, and reporting of implementation, including steps, challenges, and successes, establishing tracking and evaluation methods for implemented projects.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to continuously satisfy clients, with the aim of fostering long-term business relationships.
  • Bringing together any divergent interests to achieve a common goal.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with a degree in business administration or a related field, with several years of professional experience in project management or a similar role in a B2B and international environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tender process, contract management, and operations in multiple countries. Knowledge of product management or supply chain management is an asset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, problem-solving spirit, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and project management tools is required.

Fluency in English is essential for this role. Knowledge of German is an asset.
