French Language Account Manager

Global Voices Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced French Telephone Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic client relationships, working towards an annual revenue target, and delivering accurate monthly sales reports to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage strategic client relationships to achieve revenue targets
- Work alongside the Translation/Interpretation Project Managers to manage the quotation process and close deals
- Manage a busy in-tray and resolve diverse requests from clients within SLAs
- Involved in marketing campaigns to generate further business
- Deliver accurate monthly sales reports to senior management
- Native level French - both written and spoken
- Hybrid working - Monday - Thursday office based, Friday home working
- Full clean driving licence or local to the area
- Prior experience in the language services industry
- Experience of working in a professional services environment
- A degree background in business/marketing/entrepreneurship
