Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the ERGALIS LUXE brand and increase product sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
  • Provide an unforgettable customer experience by offering personalized advice and guidance on our range of skincare and cosmetics products.
  • Manage your retail space to ensure a high level of visual merchandising and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Offer expert advice and sell niche products to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Perform facial treatments according to company protocols, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage the treatment room, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
Requirements
  • Organized and proactive approach to work, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in sales or beauty care, with a proven track record of success.
  • Holder of a degree in aesthetics/cosmetics, with a strong understanding of skincare and cosmetics products.
  • Excellent listening and persuasion skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Achievement-oriented and motivated, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Intermediate level of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
