Job Summary

Klapp Cosmetics GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Paris and South-West France region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and profitability targets in the assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and key accounts
  • Acquire new customers and expand existing ones
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Represent the Klapp brand at trade fairs and events
Requirements
  • Professional experience in field sales, preferably in the French professional cosmetic market
  • Sales target-orientated sales talent with strong negotiating skills
  • Fluent French speaking with an excellent command of either English or German
  • High willingness to travel and flexibility
  • Experienced in working with MS Office and ideally knowledge of working with a CRM system
