Employment Type: Full-time permanent position, contingent on funding availability
Work Location: Lyon
Compensation and Perks:
- Starting gross monthly salary of 2,505 €
- Fixed bonus associated with the conference of trades compensation (currently 238 € monthly for full-time roles)
- 75% recognition of prior seniority

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the liaison between management, staff, and residents
- Ensure high standards of care for residents
- Oversee human resources for the accommodation and reception team
- Provide written and verbal reports on departmental activities
- Represent the organization and/or services to stakeholders and foster local partnerships
- Engage in planning and executing projects
Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor's degree (qualification in social work is preferred)
- Demonstrated management experience is essential
- Familiarity with asylum legislation and associated social rights
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Skills in listening, engaging, and adapting
- Ability to respond quickly and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in foreign languages is a plus
- Valid driver's license (travel may be necessary)
