Job Description

As a Regional Sales Manager for the Grand Ouest region, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share for Pandora Jewelry.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and increase market share.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the region.
  3. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the retail or wholesale industry.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  6. Fluency in French and English, with a strong understanding of the local market and culture.
