Your MissionEnhance our sales effectiveness in the Middle East region, particularly in Saudi Arabia, by utilizing our consultative selling methodology, the 'VALUE ENGAGEMENT'. Your role will involve offering insightful advice and support to our clients, enabling them to transform their operations with our diverse portfolio of solutions, and achieve their goals through a well-defined value realization strategy and a solid business justification.
Your focus will encompass (but not be limited to) capital-intensive initiatives in Saudi Arabia, spanning urban development, master planning, architecture, engineering, construction, supply chain management, energy optimization, and more.
Your Role- Establish credibility for 3DS with senior executives to ensure comprehensive value attainment in their business transformation by effectively leveraging their workforce, processes, and 3DS solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, influencing key decision-makers within our client's ecosystem.
- Lead the tech sales team, providing support to the sales department.
- Uncover value by identifying Business Drivers, Objectives, and anticipated Benefits along with their value indicators (Key Value Indicators).
- Articulate this value by outlining primary Business Changes for the client and pinpointing the affected processes to meet Objectives. Define performance indicators (KPIs) and their targets for these processes. Construct a business case for the proposed initiatives.
- Develop a Value Realization Roadmap.
- Determine the methodology for capturing and presenting KPIs, and initiate the monitoring of value.
- Leverage the realized value, KPIs, and KVIs.
Qualifications
- Saudi national only
- Master's degree in Engineering and/or Business.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience across various sectors such as Territory development, Energy, Construction, Architecture, and Engineering.
- At least 3 years in a consulting role, working for a consulting firm, solution integrator, or software company.
- Experience in consultative selling is advantageous.
- Results-oriented and value-driven.
- Possess an analytical mindset, organized, and capable of synthesizing information.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Leadership abilities to drive opportunities and unite teams.
- A collaborative team player with Sales, Techsales, Services, R&D teams.
- Familiarity with IT/IS strategies and business transformation initiatives.
- Background in ERP, PLM, CAD, SIMULATION, and Manufacturing solutions is a plus.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
