Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our customer service team for our French and Belgian online shop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and precise responses to customer inquiries, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Order Management: Verify the technical and aesthetic aspects of products, send and validate orders with production, and handle invoices, monthly reports, and customer complaints.
  • Logistics Management: Track deliveries with customers, inform logistics partners of new arrivals, and update them on scheduling changes.
Requirements
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the windows and doors industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in French and advanced in English or German.
  • Soft Skills: Customer-oriented, patient, and diplomatic, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Office Suite and CRM tools.
Desirable Skills
  • Technical Training: Technical training in windows and doors.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service or call center roles.
  • CAD Software: Knowledge of CAD software.
