Sales and Business Development Opportunity
Socomore, a leading company in the chemical sector, is seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing your sales scope in the aerospace, automotive, rail, and energy segments, focusing on equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and Maintenance, Repairs, and Operations (MRO) in the DACH zone (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze your territory using available tools and market knowledge to identify new customer opportunities.
- Prospect and identify new customer opportunities in the aerospace, automotive, rail, and energy segments.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to strengthen existing activities and develop new opportunities with existing accounts.
- Present technical solutions to customers with the support of our technical and marketing services.
- Develop and negotiate contracts with customers, ensuring alignment with company pricing policies.
- Analyze sales data to propose business initiatives to achieve defined objectives.
- Ensure the quality of information delivered by you in business and reporting tools.
Requirements:
- Coming from a technical and/or commercial higher education, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Commercial position, ideally in the chemical, aeronautical, or automotive sector.
- Excellent negotiation and development skills, with a global vision of the sector and the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
- Strong relational intelligence and technical curiosity, with an excellent international culture acquired through multicultural experiences.
- Proficiency in German and English is imperative; proficiency in French is a plus.
Location: France or Germany. Domestic and international business travel: 70% of the time.
