Your Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance to individual clients through phone and digital channels, understanding their needs and recommending tailored financial solutions.
  • Analyze client portfolios to identify growth opportunities and implement effective strategies.
  • Manage all aspects of client operations and requests, ensuring risk mitigation and profitability.
  • Guide clients through the mortgage loan application process from initiation to completion.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships and oversee account management.
Requirements

We seek candidates with a background in Banking or Commerce, possessing proven experience in serving individual clients. A genuine passion for social and cooperative values, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment are essential.
