About the Role
As a Property Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for tenants within our residential communities. You will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships with residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and guiding them through their tenancy experience.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with tenants regarding account information, lease terms, building updates, and planned maintenance activities.
- Manage tenant complaints efficiently and professionally, utilizing our internal software system to track progress and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct property inspections, document findings, and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance with internal teams.
- Participate in the marketing of available units by conducting showings, providing detailed information about amenities and neighborhood features, and assisting prospective tenants.
- Collect rent payments and ensure timely processing, while proactively addressing any potential issues related to non-payment.
- Oversee the performance of contracted service providers and ensure adherence to quality standards and contractual obligations.
- Promote a positive and welcoming environment for residents by fostering strong relationships and addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management or a related field, with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with tenants from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer software applications, including property management systems.
