Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our Operational Department. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting several operational teams in the recruitment and selection of temporary field profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, maintain, and enrich our profile database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Participate in assigning promoters and ambassadors from the start of missions to ensure seamless execution.
  • Write job postings, post them online, and source candidates from various job boards to attract top talent.
  • Organize recruitment and onboarding sessions to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including creating profiles, assigning roles, creating and transmitting contracts, to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Monitor field staff through physical and phone checks to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Analyze training needs of recruited staff to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage operational material logistics to ensure timely delivery and distribution.
  • Provide regular reporting and track KPIs to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator with a degree in HR or Operational Marketing and at least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the events industry. The ideal candidate will be organized, rigorous, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be autonomous, have excellent interpersonal skills, listening skills, service orientation, and a good commercial sense.
