Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Client Account Coordinator to manage various financial operations within our organization. This role involves overseeing billing processes, monitoring client and supplier accounts, and ensuring accurate reconciliation of Expense Reports across multiple currencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct monthly and annual financial closures, including the establishment of necessary provisions.
  • Perform real and budgetary analyses related to operational activities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure compliance with internal procedures, deadlines, and contractual obligations.
  • Utilize SAP for effective management of financial data.
Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in management, ranging from Bachelor's to Master's level.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar capacity (excluding internships and apprenticeships).
  • A self-motivated, detail-oriented approach with a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Excel is essential.
  • Familiarity with SAP and a good command of English will be advantageous.
