Join PVH as a Retail Full Price Senior Manager

At PVH, we're looking for a talented Retail Full Price Senior Manager to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our Retail South West Hub, you'll be responsible for driving commercial performance and identifying growth opportunities for our Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales growth strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Deploy and monitor commercial policies to ensure brand premiumization and customer excellence
  • Pilot budgets and ensure effective resource allocation
  • Establish and maintain operational standards across retail locations
  • Manage and develop Area Managers and Branch Planners
About the Team:

You'll be part of a dynamic team led by our VP Retail South West Hub, working closely with our Paris-based headquarters and European teams. We're a culture-driven organization that values teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning.

Requirements:
  • At least 7-8 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
