Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Senior Store Planning Manager pour accompagner le développement de notre réseau retail en Europe.

Responsabilités
  1. Collaborer étroitement avec les Responsable de Marchés pour suivre les meetings et les négociations pour obtenir les informations techniques et définir les estimations des budgets.
  2. Gérer la relation avec les partenaires de la marque (propriétaires, grands magasins).
  3. Créer un rétro-planning précis pour anticiper les délais, les coûts et superviser le suivi de l'ensemble du chantier avec l'architecte local (coque et mobilier).
  4. Piloter la coordination avec les départements internes impliqués pour les ouvertures et leur suivi : Retail, Wholesale, Finance, Legal, Opérations, Real Estate.
  5. Collaborer avec les équipes Design du Store Planning, la Direction Artistique de la maison et les consultants externes pour garantir le bon déroulement des projets.
  6. Sélectionner et négocier avec les consultants (architectes, promoteurs), les contractors et en interne avec la Finance.
  7. Garantir le respect des délais à chaque étape : programme, design, dev, construction, achats, ouverture, maintenance.
  8. Assurer le suivi des budgets, des contrats, des contrôles.
  9. Mesurer la performance des équipes terrain, garantir le respect des règles locales et établir les critères de mesure pour évaluer la réussite du projet dans le respect de l'ADN et des valeurs de la marque.
Qualifications

Vous avez au moins 10 ans d'expérience, une formation en architecture et/ou engineering et une première expérience confirmée en suivi de construction de projets retail.

Vous portez une réelle attention aux détails, avec l'exigence et la rigueur attendue par une marque de luxe. Vous êtes un très bon communicant avec un fort esprit d'équipe, habitué à interagir avec de nombreux interlocuteurs, au siège ou externes au projet.

Vous connaissez les logiciels Autocad pour lire/vérifier un plan, Skech-up, Visualisation 3D, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

Vous avez un bon niveau d'anglais et des notions en français pour les profils internationaux.
