E-Commerce Sales Manager

As an EU Sales Manager at THG, you'll be part of a dynamic team that handles everything in-house, from technology and content creation to e-commerce, marketing, manufacturing, and logistics. Your role will involve working closely with the Sales Director to develop brands in the EU territory and facilitate day-to-day tasks with B2B retailers. You'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities to grow the business, organizing sales presentations, and partnering with the Ops team to ensure forecasts are accurate and retailers are fully stocked. We're looking for someone with prior experience in sales, preferably with major retail accounts in the beauty industry, and a high level of IT literacy, especially in Excel and Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new opportunities to grow the business in each retailer/e-retailer/distributor
Organize sales presentations per retailer/distributor and analyze needs and best practices for each retailer vs competitive activity
Partner with the Ops team to ensure forecasts are accurate and our retailers are fully stocked
Requirements:
Prior experience in sales, preferably with major retail accounts in the beauty industry
High level of IT literacy, especially Excel and Office in general
Ability to develop expertise through our upskilling programme
