About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our Systems and Tools team at Contentsquare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering Salesforce projects, managing development, administration, and testing, and providing support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of Salesforce projects, including development, administration, and testing.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to identify business needs and integrate new functionalities.
  • Gather requirements for new business processes and develop best practice solutions through collaboration.
  • Provide support to end-users with daily issues and document modifications and improvements to the CRM.
  • Lead the Salesforce environment with 600+ users, becoming a thought leader and functional expert.
  • Participate in user support, manage operational requests, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Oversee the mass importation of new Salesforce objects and maintain knowledge product structure and documentation.
  • Administrate the Salesforce CRM, participate in developing new features and automation, and maintain the full business funnel and technical integration.
Requirements
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification, Advanced certification is a plus.
  • Master advanced Salesforce features, including Process Builders, Flows, Triggers.
  • Fluent English speaker, French language skills are a bonus.
  • Experience working in a SAAS environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in Salesforce administration, implementation, configuration, customization, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Basic skills in development, including HTML, SF Apex code notions, and Visualforce pages.
  • Strong reporting background and utilizing reporting tools.
  • Ability to adapt speech to non-technical people and experience working in a global team.
