About BYD France

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in France. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing a positive working environment for our colleagues, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including reception tasks, event coordination, and supplier contract management.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance, ICT, and mobile phone services, as well as manage the company car fleet.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop and implement intra-office communication protocols, streamline administrative procedures, and work closely with relevant providers to ensure a reliable office environment.
  • Support Services: Assist the Country Manager and France Team Leaders in managing procedures, administration, and other organizational processes.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, with Chinese being an asset.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Suite, with good skills in PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge of modern archiving and documentation methods, with experience in office administration and facilities management.
